We sell kitchen tools and accessories, including the Swift Peel vegetable peeler.

Your payment information is processed securely by our partners. We do not store full credit card details.

4. Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Order processing time: 2 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days depending on the destination state

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at support@swift-peel.com and we will assist you promptly.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in the same condition you received it: unused, clean, and with all accessories included.

  • Items that are used, damaged, dirty, or missing parts will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Defective or damaged items

If the product arrives defective or damaged, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you.
Proof of the issue (photo or video) may be requested.
