1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary based on factors outside our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Fees

Free shipping applies automatically on all orders of $30 or more.

For orders below $30, a $4.50 shipping fee applies.
These fees are displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Carriers
We work with multiple carriers depending on the state and delivery speed required.
For flexibility and reliability, we do not list specific carriers.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
If the address provided is:

Swift Peel is not responsible, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
The responsibility for a correct delivery address lies solely with the customer.
7. Package Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must provide:

A handwritten declaration stating that you did not receive the package

Confirmation that the address entered at checkout was 100% correct

A clear photo of the handwritten note
Once received, we will review your claim and determine whether a replacement is appropriate.
We reserve the right to refuse replacements in cases of suspicious or repeated claims.
8. Lost Packages (Never Marked as Delivered)
If a package is lost in transit (tracking never shows “Delivered”), we will send a free replacement after verification.

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before shipping.
