Refund & Return Policy

At Swift Peel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund conditions below.


1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The peeler may be used, but it must be cleaned and returned in the same condition it was received.

  • The product must be sent back with the original plastic pouch and the instruction manual.

  • The item must not be dirty, stained, or covered in food residue.

  • Any item returned without cleaning or in significantly worse condition may incur a $10 restocking fee.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are heavily used, damaged, dirty, or incomplete.


2. Return Authorization Required

Before sending any return, you must obtain approval by emailing us at:

support@swift-peel.com

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the return address will be provided via email.

Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refund amount: 100% of the product price

  • Refund time: within 14 days after we receive the returned item

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

A $10 restocking fee may apply if the product is returned dirty, without cleaning, missing its pouch or manual, or not in similar condition as received.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives broken or defective, please email a photo or video showing the issue to:

support@swift-peel.com

You may choose:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

No return is required for clearly defective items.


6. Lost Packages

If your package never arrives, we ask that you send a sworn statement by email confirming that you did not receive the item.

After verification, we will resend your order or issue a refund.

However:

If the shipping address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete,

Swift Peel is not responsible, and no refund or replacement will be issued.


7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Products returned excessively used, damaged, or dirty

  • Items missing the original pouch or instruction manual

  • Products with food residue or improper cleaning

  • Unauthorized returns

  • Shipping fees

  • Return shipping costs
